Delivery times for online shop purchases
Our online shop offers a selection of more than 11,000 products, excellent customer service and delicious tips for choosing the right drink for any food. Normal delivery to an Alko store is free of charge.
Please notice: that to place an order you need Finnish personal identification number and bank credentials. We only deliver orders inside Finland. See all our stores and pick-up points for webshop orders.
The speed of delivery is affected by the availability of the ordered products. Alko has three different delivery times for products. Orders are always sent in one delivery, when all the products in the order are available in stock. The choice of delivery method and the delivery location also affect the delivery time.
For online shop orders, you can see the estimated delivery date when you choose the method of delivery and payment when placing the order. You can also check the date from the order confirmation or the My Alko section on the Alko.fi web page.
Receiving/collecting an order
The recipient of the order must present an order confirmation and a valid ID. If the recipient is the same person who placed the order, the arrival notification and an ID will be sufficient.
Delivery times to Alko store
The order will be delivered to a store of your choosing. Collection from a store is free of charge. Faster delivery collected from a store is 9 €.

- delivery in 5-6 working days (free delivery).

The order will be delivered to the pick-up point of your choosing. Pick-up points are local Alko partners authorised to hand over online shop orders of alcoholic beverages on our behalf. Collection from a pick-up point is 9 €.
