Here are some hints and tips for organising your company party. We can provide suitable beverages for every occasion, delivered to your company or the venue.
Choosing the right drinks is an important part of organising successful summer parties, Christmas parties and other corporate events. Our customer service experts will be happy to help you choose drinks to suit the theme and atmosphere of your event.

Holding a large party? How to order larger quantities
If you are expecting a lot of guests and need larger quantities of our products/beverages, you should take advantage of the Availability menu in our online shop. By clicking on the drop-down menu in the centre, you can check which products are immediately available in the quantities you need.
If beverages can be immediately shipped from our warehouse, the fastest delivery option will be available (1–5 working days).
You can use the other menus to view products with alternative delivery times or, if you are in a hurry, to check the product range of your nearest Alko store. Products on sale in stores cannot be reserved and must be purchased instore.
Delivery to venues or business addresses
In our online shop, you can order beverages for convenient delivery to business addresses. Beverages ordered from the online shop will be delivered to the entrance floor. Please contact our customer service if you need your order to be carried to an upper floor: asiakaspalvelu@alko.fi. You must show both the order number and your personal ID when receiving your order. If you authorise another person to receive the order, they must show the order confirmation and their personal ID. Please note that if the order contains spirits (more than 22% alcohol per volume), the recipient must be at least 20 years of age.
If you cannot place an order through the online shop, our customer service can place a custom order for you.
Please note: If you choose to collect your order from a store or pick-up point, please note that transport and catering companies cannot be paid to collect your order on your behalf. Under the Alcohol Act, collecting and transporting orders on behalf of a customer in exchange for payment is considered to be an illegal handover.
Order up to three months in advance
As a business customer, you can pre-order a product in our online shop. For orders delivered to business addresses, you can specify the desired delivery time within at most three months from the time of placing the order.
Collection Service for Empty Bottles
You can place an order for empty bottles to be collected from corporate premises or an event venue.
