Placing an order

1. Selecting the products. You can use our Alko.fi product search to find products by product group, taste, characteristics or availability. You have access to our entire selection of more than 10,000 products.
2. Ensuring availability. When choosing products, it is good to pay attention to the availability of the products. Orders are always sent in one delivery, when all the products in the order are available in stock.
3. Add products to your cart. Add the products to your shopping cart and click on checkout to select your delivery and payment method. If you are placing your first order, you will be asked to register as a business customer.
4. Selection of delivery method. Select the delivery method and time and specify the corporate address where you want to receive your order. Delivery to a company’s address takes place at its fastest in two working days, if the products are in stock. You can also place an order at Alko’s store or a pick-up point.
5. Payment of the order. You can pay by invoice, online bank transfer or payment card.
6. Order confirmation. The order has been successful made when you receive an order confirmation in your email. The order confirmation also serves as a receipt.
